Rule 9023 - MOTION, SERVICE1. Once a rule to show cause or a final order has been signed by the assigned judge, the original and a copy must be taken to the Criminal Court Administrator where a copy will be left and the original will be stamped as proof of service. A copy will not be accepted without the original.2. The original should then be time stamped and filed with the Clerk of Courts.3. Time stamped copies of the rule to show cause or final order should then be served on the opposing party personally or by United States First Class Mail.Amended effective 6/1/2021.
