Rule 306 - TERMS OF COURT(a) Regular terms of Court for the trial of civil jury cases will be held in February, April, June, August and October.(b) The Court may schedule special sessions and/or special civil jury terms of Court at other times and dates than those set forth in sub-paragraph (a) above. (c) Requests for trials outside the regular civil trial terms are discouraged. However, if there are compelling reasons to make such a request, the proper procedure to be followed is to file a Motion with the assigned judge, giving due notice of the date and time of presentation to opposing counsel, in accordance with established motion practice.Amended effective 7/1/2020; amended effective 8/1/2022.
