Rule 1 - Title and Citation of Rules(a) The Rules of Court of the Ninth Judicial District shall hereinafter be known as the Cumberland County Rules of Procedure. They shall be abbreviated generally as C.C.R.P.; however Cumberland County Rules of Criminal Procedure shall be cited as C.C.R.Crim.P., Cumberland County Rules of Juvenile Court Procedure shall be cited as C.C.R.J.C.P., Cumberland County Orphans' Court Rules shall be cited C.C.R.O.C.P., and Cumberland County Rules of Judicial Administration shall be cited as C.C.R.J.A.(b) All rules issued prior to January 1, 2024 are expressly rescinded.Adopted October 6, 1978, effective 10/15/1978; amended effective 1/1/2024.
