Rule 7.5 - Legal Argument(a) Preliminary objections and other filings requiring briefing and/or oral argument shall be handled by the judge assigned to the matter.(b) Upon receipt of objections, or upon request of either party, the assigned judge shall issue an order setting a briefing schedule and, if necessary, a date for oral argument before the assigned judge.Amended effective 1/1/2024.
