Rule 576 - Filing And Service By PartiesA. All Petitions, Motions, or other Applications seeking relief from the Court shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Clerk of Court of the respective Court where trial will be or was held. Any such documents requiring immediate attention shall be forwarded directly to the appropriate Court Administrator by the attorney filing such papers.B. Service shall be the responsibility of the Moving Party, and shall be in accordance with applicable law and other special instructions as directed by the Court.
