Rule 212.2 - A Pre-Trial Conference Upon Praecipe For Trial(a) Upon a praecipe for trial, whether the trial is to be by jury or non-jury, the Court will schedule a pre-trial conference within sixty (60) days of the filing of the praecipe in order to establish a schedule for the filing of pretrial memoranda, exchange of expert reports, and to schedule trial dates and jury selection if necessary.
