Rule 2.6 - Filing with the Clerk

All Accounts shall be filed with the clerk.

Rule 2.6 is derived from what was formerly Rule 6.6. Former regarding the time for filing the first Account of the personal representative has been deleted as it is codified in 20 Pa.C.S. Sec 3501.1.
