Rule 3.4.1 - Form. Exhibits.(a)Endorsements. Every pleading shall be endorsed with the name of counsel, if counsel has appeared for a party.(b) The signature of an attorney to a petition shall constitute a certification by that attorney that all copies of written or printed instruments, records, or documents which are not certified or authenticated, are true and correct copies of the original.
