Rule 15.1.1 - Local Practice And Procedure

Practice and procedure with respect to all proceedings under the Adoption Act, 23 Pa.C.S.A §§ 2101-2910, shall be as provided by this local 15, and, also, in accordance with the provisions of Pa.O.C.R. 15, to the extent the latter is not inconsistent with the provisions of the current Adoption Act, 23 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 2101-2910 (the "Adoption Act").
