Any attorney who is actively engaged in the general practice of law primarily in Carbon County who is interested in serving on Arbitration cases shall complete and return to the District Court Administrator a "Consent to Serve as Arbitrator" as attached hereto.
This information shall be entered into the Court database for maintenance and selection of available arbitrators.
