Before a transcript of testimony is to be typed by a court reporter, unless directed to do so by the Court, counsel making the request must present an Order substantially in the form attached hereto to be signed by a judge. The original of the Order shall be filed in the prothonotary's office and a copy of same served upon the court reporter, tire Court Administrator, and opposing counsel.
