Rule *920 - Accounts; Statements Of Proposed Distribution(a) All accounts required by law to be filed in the Court of Common Pleas shall be advertised by the prothonotary in at least one newspaper published in the County, which shall be designated by the Court, and in the Bucks County Law Reporter, during four successive weeks immediately preceding the date at which they are to be presented to the Court for confirmation.(b) Such accounts shall be deemed as having been presented to the Court for final confirmation on the first Monday in each month, or the next following day if the first Monday be a legal holiday. The former practice of considering accounts as so presented to the Court only for confirmation nisi, with a further period of ten days after the advertised date for the filing of exceptions thereto, is hereby abolished. Orphans' Court Rules as to certificates to accounts, notices of filing thereof and exceptions thereto shall apply to accounts filed in the Court of Common Pleas.
(c) Statements of proposed distribution shall be filed and approved as provided in the Orphans' Court Rules.
