Rule 1920.12*(d) - Duplicate Original Complaints

An additional verified complaint in divorce shall be filed for each of the following claims set forth in the divorce complaint:

(1) Custody;

(2) Support;

(3) Equitable distribution;

(4) Other types of ancillary relief.
