A. Any party who files a motion which requires argument, shall file a brief containing appropriate authority at least fifteen days prior to the date set for argument. A copy of the brief shall be served promptly upon all other parties. All responding parties shall file a brief and serve the same on all other parties at least five days prior to the date set for argument.Adopted 1/10/2005, Effective 1/20/2005.
