Rule 1920.31(b) - Disposition of Alimony Pendente Lite, Child Support and Paternity Claims(1) All pleadings under the Divorce Code asserting or responding to a claim for alimony pendente lite, child support or paternity shall comply with and be governed by the rules pertaining to Support. The claimant shall furnish any additional forms required by the Domestic Relations Section.(2) Upon filing with the Domestic Relations Section as provided in subsection (1), the alimony pendente lite and/or child support claim shall proceed in accordance with the rules pertaining to Support including B.R.C.P. 1910.19(1).Berk.
