Rule 4017.1 - Costs of Videotape Deposition(a) The costs of a videotape deposition shall not be taxable as costs unless the taxation thereof has been approved by the court.(b) The costs of videotaping a deposition, to the extent approved by the court, shall be allowed as proper taxable costs. (c) Counsel fees and the fees of expert witnesses shall not be considered as, or included in, the costs of a videotaped deposition.Amended effective 2/12/2018 ; amended effective 7/9/2019; amended effective 3/14/2020.
