Rule 1910.7 - No Pleading By Defendant Required. Question Of Jurisdiction Or Venue Or Statute Of Limitations In Paternity
(b)
(1) If preliminary objections challenging venue or jurisdiction in a support matter are filed, the proceedings shall be listed for argument in conformity with Local 1930(b). The filing of preliminary objections shall not automatically stay the support proceedings. A party or counsel may present a motion requesting a stay pending decision on the preliminary objections.
