Rule 1910.19 - Support. Modification. Termination(c) (1) The following procedure shall be used to modify or terminate an existing support order: (A) Where there is a material and substantial change of circumstances, any party may schedule before the domestic relations officer a conference to request an increase, reduction, modification or suspension of an award. Both parties and their counsel shall attend this conference. If an agreement is not reached at the conference, the counselor may schedule the matter for a hearing before a hearing officer, which hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in 1910.12.(B) The Hearing Officer may recommend the modification or termination of the existing order in any appropriate manner based on the evidence presented.Penn.
