(a) If the judge determines that a hearing is required under Pa.R.Crim.P. 907 and 908, the judge shall set a hearing date within sixty (60) days of the filing of the answer by the Commonwealth.(b) The judge shall render a decision within ninety (90) days following the close of the evidentiary hearing or following the submission of post-hearing briefs.Amended effective 4/9/2024.
