Rule 705.1 - Fines, Costs And Restitution(a) In any matter in the Criminal Division, wherein fines, costs and/or restitution are ordered by the Court, all monies shall be paid to and be collected by the Clerk of Courts.(b) The Clerk of Courts shall keep proper records of the collection and disbursement of any court- ordered fines, costs and/or restitution and make appropriate payment to parties entitled to same.Amended effective 4/9/2024.
