Rule 714 - Conservator's Lien(1) The conservator shall file a motion to obtain a hearing on the conservator's lien with the Department of Court Records and serve said motion on all parties.(2) To obtain a hearing date on the conservator's lien, the conservator shall follow the procedure set forth in Local 705.Adopted effective 11/13/2023.
