Rule 614 - Discovery On Appeal to Court of Common Pleas(1) Discovery after an appeal is taken to the Court of Common Pleas shall be governed by Pa.R.C.P. 4001et seq. relating to discovery.(2) Discovery shall close twenty (20) days prior to the first day of the applicable trial term unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties or ordered by the Court.Adopted October 4, 2006, effective 12/4/2006.
