(1) The Administrative Judge shall appoint one (1) of the members of the Board of Viewers to serve as Administrator for a term of two (2) years. The Administrator may be reappointed.(2) The Administrator shall be primarily responsible to the Court for the efficient and prompt administration and disposition of the matters before the Board of Viewers.
