Rule 213 - Petitions for Consolidation. Survival Actions(1) Petitions for Consolidation shall bear the captions of each case as to which consolidation is requested, including all issue numbers, and shall be filed at all cases as to which consolidation is requested.(2) Transfer and consolidation of survival actions and related wrongful death actions are governed by Pa.R.Civ.P. 213.Adopted October 4, 2006, effective December 4, 2006; amended effective September 13, 2022; amended effective November 13, 2023.Note: As to settlement of survival actions, see Local Rule 2206 and Orphans' Court Local Rule 12.16F.
