Rule 208.2(d) - Motion. Certification. Stipulation(A) All motions must include a certification by counsel for the petitioner, or the petitioner, that the motion is uncontested by all affected counsel and unrepresented parties or, in the alternative, that concurrence of all affected counsel and unrepresented parties has been sought or has been unable to be obtained. All uncontested motions shall include a proposed Order on the first page of the motion.(B)Stipulated applications for relief.
