Rule 1920.42 - Approval of Grounds for Divorce under Sections 3301(c) and 3301(d) of the Divorce Code

To the extent that grounds for divorce have been established under 3301(c) or (d) of the Divorce Code and the parties have been unable to resolve the ancillary claims, the moving party shall file a Praecipe to Transmit Record in the form required by Pa. R.Civ. P. No. 1920.73 (c) requesting the Court to enter an order approving grounds for divorce with the court retaining jurisdiction over unresolved ancillary claims.
