Rule 14.022 - COMPENSATION OF THE REFERENCE JUDGE(1) The reference judge shall deliver the written statement specified in ORS 3.321(3) to the Presiding Judge within 49 days of the termination of the referral of the action.(2) Except for good cause, the amount of compensation shall not exceed that deposited with the court by the parties pursuant to ORS 3.321.Yamhill Supp. L.
