Rule 14.005 - REFERENCE JUDGE PANEL(1) Subject to the continued approval of the Chief Justice and the Presiding Judge of the district, a panel of reference judges, as authorized by ORS 3.300et seq, is established as an alternative resolution method for civil cases.(2) The list of persons qualified and approved as reference judges pursuant to ORS 3.300(2) will be available through the Arbitration Coordinator.Yamhill Supp. L.
