Rule SLR 9.081 - ORAL OBJECTIONS IN PROTECTIVE PROCEEDINGS(1) Any interested person, as described in ORS 125.075(1), may present oral objections to a petition in a protective proceeding to the clerk of the court for that jurisdiction. When presented with an oral objection within the statutory time frame, the clerk of the court shall reduce the oral objection to writing by utilizing the form for documenting oral objections in protective proceedings and shall cause the written objection to be filed in the protective proceeding.(2) Please refer to the websites listed in SLR 1.171 for the location and daily hours of operation for the court clerk and for the form for documenting oral objections in protective proceedings.
