Rule 5.055 - CONFIRMATION CARDS AND CONFORMED COPIES(1) Any party requesting information about any filing (e.g., date of filing, date of signature, costs and attorney fees awarded, and name of judge) shall attach a self-addressed, stamped confirmation card.(2) Unless required by law or rule, conformed copies of orders and judgments will not be provided. Signed copies of orders and judgments may be obtained from the Circuit Court Records Office.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
