Rule 5.032 - CIVIL TRIAL DATES WITHIN 9 MONTHS FROM CASE INITIATION(1) Civil stipulated trial dates need to be within 9 months from case initiation.(2) Any proposed trial dates beyond 9 months from case initiation require a motion, affidavit and proposed order, which will be reviewed and ruled on by the Presiding Judge.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
