The following timelines will be observed in all criminal cases:
(1)Plea hearing. A hearing for entry of plea to felony and misdemeanor charges shall be set approximately eight (8) weeks after the arraignment, notice of appointment or date of representation, whichever is last to occur. This schedule does not apply to 60 day rule cases and complex cases. See ORS 136.290.(2)Pre-Trial status conference.
