Rule 13.025 - REQUEST FOR AND OBJECTIONS TO ARBITRATION(1) Any party may file and serve notice of a request that the court transfer a case to arbitration.(2) A court decision on an exemption filed pursuant to ORS 36.405(2) will be rendered within five (5) days following the filing of a motion for exemption from arbitration. If the motion is allowed, the case will be returned to the active trial docket for future disposition. If the motion is denied, the case will remain in arbitration in accordance with these rules and the UTCR.Wallowa Supp. L. R. 13.025
