Rule 11.005 - APPEARANCES IN JUVENILE COURT DEPENDENCY CASES(1) A parent who is served with a summons in a child dependency case shall appear personally in court at the time and place specified in the summons for a hearing on the allegations of the petition.(2) A parent who fails to appear shall be subject to entry of a default order or judgment granting the relief sought by the petitioner.Wallowa Supp. L.
