Rule 5.191 - CIVIL ADMINISTRATIVE WARRANTS(1) Prior to submitting an applicant for a Civil Administrative Warrant to the court, the applicant shall obtain approval from the Assistant Attorney General or the responsible Agency Attorney who has personally reviewed the facts underlying the application and has approved the form of the Application, Affidavit and proposed Warrant.(2) Provide the name of the reviewing Attorney or Assistant Attorney General;(3) Present their credentials and authority for the application, and(4) Verify that the search warrant application has not been presented to any other judge.Umatilla Supp. L.
