Rule 4.082 - RELEASE HEARINGS(5) If the defendant is requesting to be released from custody, counsel for the defendant shall notify the District Attorney's Office of this request at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the hearing to allow for appropriate victim notification;(6) If the defense attorney is proposing third party release, the third party must be present in the courtroom for the hearing.Tillamook Supp. L.
