Rule 7.055 - TRIAL DATE AND STATUS CONFERENCE IN CRIMINAL CASES(1) Pre-trial conferences will be set for a hearing to review the status of the case in advance of the trial. The date will be set at arraignment. The attorney for each party and the defendant shall appear at the hearing unless approved in advance by a judge.(2) Once a Judge has been assigned to a case for trial, the assigned Judge will then set trial dates.Polk Cnty.
