Rule 8.020 - SUPPORT ORDERS(1) Every proposed order or judgment providing for the support of any person under ORS chapters 25, 107, 108, 109, 110, or 419A, 419B, or 419C, or modifying any order or judgment for support of any person under those chapters, must set forth the due date of the first support payment to be made thereunder, the means of payment and the person to whom payment must be made.(2) Every proposed order or judgment that includes a provision concerning child support must include notice that, if services are provided by the Division of Child Support, the obligor and obligee must inform the administrator, as defined in ORS 25.010(1), in writing of any change in private health insurance enrollment status within 10 days of the change.Or.
