Rule 3.040 - ADVICE TO CLIENTS AND WITNESSES OF COURTROOM FORMALITIES

Attorneys must advise their clients and witnesses of the formalities of the court, whether attending in person or by remote means, and must encourage their cooperation. Selfrepresented parties must similarly advise their witnesses and encourage their cooperation.
