(1) A document that is filed electronically may contain hyperlinks to other parts of the same document or hyperlinks to a location on the Internet that contains a source document for a citation or both.(2) A hyperlink to cited authority does not replace standard citation format. A filer must include the complete citation within the text of the document. Neither a hyperlink, nor any site to which it refers, is part of the record.
