Rule 1.160 - SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS FOR FILING WITH COURTS; LOCAL SLR(1) A document submitted for filing with the court, including any document submitted to a judge or judicial staff, is not considered filed until it is accepted by court staff designated by the trial court administrator to accept court filings.(2) A local court may adopt an SLR to designate where a document may be submitted for filing. SLR 1.161 is reserved for that purpose.(3) Proposed orders and judgments submitted for judicial signature may be delivered to a judge or judicial staff as otherwise permitted or required under these rules.(4) A court must accept a document submitted for filing that is substantially in the form of the corresponding document made available to the public on www.courts.oregon.gov/forms, if the proper fee is tendered when required and the document is submitted for filing in compliance with all applicable statutes and rules.Or.
