Rule 14.20 - Approval, Withdrawal and Termination(1) The Court, in its discretion, may approve the petition of a foreign attorney. On approval, the foreign attorney shall be permitted to participate in the program until the expiration of six months after the date of approval. The foreign attorney, with the approval and recommendation of the supervising attorney, may petition the Court for permission to participate in the program for an additional six months.(2) The foreign attorney or the supervising attorney may cause the foreign attorney's participation in the program to be withdrawn at any time by mailing a notice to that effect to the State Court Administrator. A notice of withdrawal must be filed promptly by either the foreign attorney or the supervising attorney if the foreign attorney ceases to remain in good standing in the foreign attorney's foreign jurisdiction. It is not necessary that a notice of withdrawal state the cause of withdrawal.(3) Approval of a foreign attorney to participate in the program may be terminated by the Court at any time without notice or hearing.
