Rule 4.25 - Applicant Duties(1)Cooperation. Every applicant has a duty to cooperate and comply with requests from the Board, including but not limited to, requests to appear for scheduled Board interviews, to execute releases and to obtain information and records from third parties for submission to the Board.(2)Continuing obligation to report. Every applicant has a duty to report promptly to the Board any change, addition or correction to the information provided in his or her application, including but not limited to: changes in address, e-mail address, phone number(s), or employment; criminal charges; disciplinary proceedings; traffic violations; and any other facts or occurrences that could reasonably bear upon the character and fitness of the applicant.Or.
