Rule 8.20 - Address and Telephone Number Designation(1) Applicants, at the time of admission, must designate on a form approved by the Oregon State Bar, a current business address and telephone number, or in the absence thereof, a current residence address and telephone number. A post office address designation must be accompanied by a street address.(2) It is the duty of all applicants promptly to notify the Oregon State Bar in writing of any change in his or her business address or telephone number, or residence address or telephone number, as the case may be.
