Section 3 - Training3.1 OSB will offer training opportunities to panelists regarding mediation and arbitration techniques and the application of RPC 1.5 in fee disputes, as well as training on how to use the OSB Online Fee Dispute Resolution (OFDR) system.3.2 The Administrator may request information about panelists' prior training and experience and may appoint panelists based on their related training and experience.
