Section 11 - Immunity and Competency to Testify11.1 Pursuant to ORS 36.660, arbitrators shall be immune from civil liability to the same extent as a judge of a court of this state acting in a judicial capacity. All other provisions of ORS 36.660 shall apply to arbitrators participating in the OSB Fee Dispute Resolution Program.
