(a) Property of Bar. The records of the Bar and of its officers, governors, employees and committees, in contested admission, disciplinary and reinstatement proceedings are the property of the Bar.(b) Public Records Status. Except as exempt or protected by law from disclosure, the records of the Bar relating to contested admission, disciplinary, and reinstatement proceedings are available for public inspection.
