Rule 4.72 - MOTION NOT TOLLING TIME(1) On judicial review of a LUBA decision, an LCDC decision, or a referee decision, a motion made before oral argument will not toll the time for transmission of the record, filing of briefs, or hearing argument.(2) On judicial review of a CRGC decision, a motion made before oral argument will not toll the time for transmission of the record.Amended November 15, 2018, effective 1/1/2019; amended November 13, 2020, effective 1/1/2021.
