(1) All court appointed fiduciaries shall maintain accounts from which the court will be provided with copies of the statements containing images of the front face of checks written from the account. If questions arise regarding the check, fiduciaries will be required to provide copies of the front and back of the check images.(2) Disbursements made by debit card, electronic check or automatic withdrawals will require all twelve (12) months of bank statements with these expenditures highlighted.Multnomah Supp. L.
