Rule 9.045 - RESIGNATION OF COUNSEL; NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS(1) If a bond has been posted, the insurer must be notified of the resignation and substitution of counsel.(2) Resigning counsel must also certify their compliance with the requirements of UTCR 3.140, ORS 9.380, and ORS 9.390.(3) Withdrawing or resigning attorneys must educate their fiduciary clients on their duties and due dates for reports and accountings. A statement that this has been done must be included in the motion to withdraw.Multnomah Supp. L. R. 9.045
